- Topic: Becoming
an Effective Team Leader
- This presentation examines
the ten most challenging issues seen in test automation and provides
ways to deal with each challenge. Many organizations have attempted
to apply automated test tools and most people see the value in using
automated test tools, yet research shows that most organizations
perform more manual testing than they do automated testing. However,
some organizations have been very successful in acquiring and applying
automated test tools. What are the keys to success that these organizations
have discovered? This presentation describes the lessons learned
by successful organizations and how to apply those lessons in other
organizations to add value to their testing efforts.
